We ask that if you plan on returning our items, please package them appropriately and tightly (like how they were received) so they are not damaged during return shipment. The surface finish on SPL parts can be marred and/or scuffed during shipping, which can be considered damage. Any thread damage to an SPL part is considered damage because it renders the part useless, and will not be accepted as a return. Any damages that occur to SPL items during the return shipment due to neglect of packaging items appropriately will be the responsibility of the customer, and can/will be deemed unacceptable, which can result in void of refunds. All returns are inspected for damages once they arrive. Always include a copy of your receipt or invoice with the items that you are returning. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, which will not be refundable. Any SPL parts that are used and/or damaged due to user error or attempted installation are NOT returnable nor refundable. Please look below for information on returning new, unused, and undamaged SPL items within 30 days, after 30 days, and after 90 days of purchase.
-Within 30 days of purchase:
You may return most new, unopened SPL branded items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as there are no damages on SPL products. Any damages found on the SPL part will result in a void of the refund.
-After 30 days of purchase and before 90 days of purchase:
Any new, unopened items returned after 30 days are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. The difference will be refunded back to the customer after the restocking fee is applied and no damages were found on the SPL item. Any damages found on the SPL product will void the refund.
-After 90 days of purchase:
Returns will not be accepted after 90 days from time of purchase. No exceptions.
**NOTE: Parts purchased from any of our dealers are subject to that dealer's return policy. A minimum 20% restocking fee will be charged if the part is returned to SPL. The restocking fee could possibly more depending on the specific dealer's return policy. Any item returned to one of our suppliers, IE: SWIFT Springs, etc shall be subject to a minimum 20% return fee. Please contact the dealer you purchased from if you wish to proceed with returning an SPL item.
If you received an incorrect or defective item due to error of SPL Parts, please contact us immediately. We will pay the return shipping costs. We will send the correct replacement part upon receiving the incorrect or defective part.
You should expect to receive your refund immediately after the return is received, inspected, and accepted. All returns have situational differences, so the return process time will vary. When the return is accepted and completed by SPL, your bank might take a couple of business days to reflect the refund back into your account. If you purchased your SPL product with Paypal, please note that refunds can also take time with Paypal processing, though most of the time it is quickly processed.
We will notify you via email of your refund once the return is processed.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We will only ship to an address that is on file with the credit card. It can be either the Billing address or a Secondary / Alternate address. Orders that are paid via Paypal can only be shipped to the confirmed Paypal address.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Any multi part order will be shipped together when all parts are in stock. Shipments can be separated by request with the additional shipping charges paid by the customer. If a product is not in stock at the time the order is placed, the customer will be notified by email or phone with an estimated ship date.
All PO BOX and APO/FPO addresses must select USPS as a shipping method as FedEex does not deliver to PO BOX and APO/FPO addresses. All shipments that are refused or undeliverable are subjected to additional shipping costs and a restocking fee of 20%. Signature may be required for some packages.
Normal shipping time for products in stock is 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed and we are open Monday to Friday and closed on weekends. Our website currently does not display real time inventory and we are not responsible for expedited shipping if a specific shipping deadline is necessary. Please call or email us ahead of time to check inventory and confirm specific ship times before placing an online order with expedited shipping selected so we can ensure timely delivery of your parts.
Please inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the shipping carrier. All damage claims must be initiated by the customer with the respective carrier and SPL Parts will ship replacement item(s) after the claim has been processed AND reimbursed. Please keep all shipping boxes and packing material for carrier inspection.
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
SPL PRO suspension products warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase to the original retail purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
If a product fails to meet specifications, SPL PARTS INC will, at its election, repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustment, if SPL PARTS INC determines to its satisfaction that the product is defective in material or workmanship, i.e. contains a defect arising out of the manufacture of the product and not a defect caused by other circumstances, including, but not limited to accident, misuse, abuse, unforeseeable use, neglect, alteration, improper installation, improper adjustment, improper repair, or failure caused by other equipment or interaction with other equipment. SPL PARTS INC is not responsible for labor charges, removal charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of SPL PARTS INC exceed the purchase price of the product. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. All parts for warranty claims must be returned to SPL PARTS INC for inspection and for the claims to be processed.
SPL PARTS INC makes no other warranties, either expressed or implied, including limitation warranties as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. SPL PARTS INC shall not be liable for, and buyer assumes all risk of, any advice or failure to provide advice by SPL PARTS INC to buyer regarding the product or use and installation of product. SPL PARTS INC shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages.
If the purchaser of the product shall fail to pay when due any portion of the purchase price, or fail to meet any terms required under contract agreed on at time of purchase, all warranties and remedies granted may be terminated.
Using any SPL arm as a tie/strap down point for a dyno session or transport will void the warranty.
