Mike Smith Performance (MSP) manifolds feature larger ports and improved design to offers substantial increase (60%) in flow for maximum horsepower. Ductile ni-resist iron, cast by a Garrett foundry, ensures bullet-proof OEM quality and resistance to cracking. A bolt-on replacement for the stock restrictive manifolds. Highly recommended for ALL upgraded turbo setups.
NEW! Lower price and now includes all gaskets (manifold to head gaskets and manifold to turbo gaskets).

Forge billet alloy internal wastegate actuators feature kevlar diaphrams and unlike sealed units from HKS/Garrett/etc the internal spring can be replaced with your choice of stiffer springs to control your base boost pressure:
No.10 spring 5-10 PSI
No.12 spring 14-18 PSI (recommended for most Z32 applications)
No.14 spring 17.5-20 PSI
Note that with a boost controller you will typically be able to set your boost in a range from the base boost pressure to base plus 10-12 PSI. You should select your spring with consideration to the range of boost you intend to run.
In our testing these actuators provide excellent boost response, more linear and wider boost control range vs. HKS actuators. With the No.12 or No.14 springs these are excellent upgrades to the actuators supplied with the JWT turbos for those who want to run higher boost levels (over 20 PSI). Note: Actuators should be adjusted (pre-loaded) during install to begin opening wastegate flap at the base boost pressure you intend to run.
No brackets are supplied, these actuators have the same mounting bolt pattern as HKS and JWT/Garrett actuators and should be used with existing brackets.
Standard length actuators fit: HKS 2530, JWT 600, JWT 700, any Garrett GT28R or larger internal wastegate T28 format turbo with straight actuator rods.
Short length actuators fit: stock, JWT 500, JWT 530BB turbos (note: short actuator on passenger side turbo only)
New for 2008! Revised piston type design for improved reliability over diaphram actuators.

5-bolt downpipes to fit HKS GT2530, JWT 530BB, JWT 700BB, GT28 series turbos.
The JWT Sport 500 turbos feature new Garrett catridge inside modified stock housings, rated at 500bhp. Bolt-on and uses stock downpipes. Core (your stock turbos) required, a refundable core charge of $500 applies if you want to send in your core turbos afterwards instead of up-front. Core turbine housings must have no cracks (especially around wastegate port).

The JWT Sport 530 turbos are new Garrett ball-bearing turbos for faster response, rated at 530bhp. Bolt-on but will require aftermarket 5-bolt downpipes. No core required.

The JWT Sport 700 turbos are new Garrett ball-bearing turbos for faster response, rated at 700bhp. Bolt-on but requires grinding of motor mount brackets and will require aftermarket 5-bolt downpipes. No core required.
