Our clutch line kit consists of a stainless steel braided teflon clutch line with blue outer cover to protect the hose. We even include a pair of speedbleeders to make it easier to bleed the clutch.
Note: please read our install/tech page on using speedbleeders, do not overtighten speedbleeders.

A strengthened clutch fork pivot is recommended with any clutch service. Forged chromoly SCM435, black oxide finished.

Oil impregnated bronze shifter bearings provide a more direct shifter feel and will outlast weak stock teflon bushing
Notes: Bearings are press-fit onto shifter. Do not overtighten bolt, as it can greatly increase shifting effort. We recommend bolt to be tightened till snug so it would not work loose, but not torqued down. We supply a nylock nut to prevent the nut from backing off.

Urethane transmission mount limits transmission movement for better launches and less drivetrain slop.
Note 1: Deletes exhaust hanger mounts on transmission mount bracket.
Note 2: Upgraded/stiff engine mounts should be used to limit engine torque/movement.

Nissan rear main seal, common replacement item during clutch job.

300degree flywheel stop tool holds the flywheel in place for tightening the flywheel or clutch bolts, so you do not need a second person to keep the crank from spinning. Makes clutch installation a 1 person job.

The RPS sport street clutch uses a spring-loaded clutch disc with a stronger than stock pressure plate to increase torque capacity.
Sport street disc for Z32 NA is rated for 240ft-lb torque
Sport 6-puck disc for Z32 NA is rated to 300ft-lb torque
Sport street disc for Z32 TT is rated to 400ft-lb torque
Sport 6-puck disc for Z32 TT is rated to 490ft-lb torque

The RPS max clutches uses a stronger pressure plate than the sport series clutches.

Max street-disc for Z32 TT is rated to 550ft-lb

The RPS twin-plate carbon clutch uses carbon discs and carbon faced plates. The carbon against carbon gives very high friction and temperature resistance, smooth slipping and engagement (eliminates clutch chatter) for the ultimate street performance clutch. Clutch is fully rebuildable and rated to 1000ft-lb of torque!
Note: This clutch includes a specially designed flywheel with carbon inserts.

RPS lightweight flyweel features segmented heat shields to reduce heat warpage, and weighs just 12lbs, which reduces drivetrain inertia and drivetrain power loss to put more power to the ground.
