Our toll free number is reserved for ordering and customer support.  If you have general questions, we would appreciate if you could email us instead, to avoid tying up the phone lines for customers with urgent orders or support issues.

 

If sending us an email, you should receive an auto-response email back, this will confirm that we have received your email.  If you did not receive an auto-response, then we did not receive your email.  Please re-send, or if all else fails, please call us.

 


Ordering policies

 

Pricing.  All prices subject to change, due to fluctuating market conditions.  We are also not responsible for any typographical errors on the website.  

Contact information.  Please provide us with accurate contact information so we can contact you regarding your order.

Paypal payments.  If paying for your order by Paypal, we will only ship to the confirmed address provided by Paypal.

Return policy.  No returns on special order items.  All other returns are accepted within 30 days, unused and in original packaging.   Returns can be made for full store credit, or if a refund is requested we will access a 6% restocking fee, this is to cover fees charged to us by the credit card processor.  Shipping charges will not be refunded, customers are responsible for shipping and insuring the products back to us.

International orders.  Shipping quote provide by our shopping cart is an estimate only.  Exact shipping quote will be provided by email, and we will only process your order after receiving your confirmation.

Warranty.  All SPL branded products carry a 1 year warranty.  KTS coilovers have a 1 year warranty provided by us.  Other products carry their respective manufacturer's warranty.

Sales tax.  Orders shipped within Texas are subject to a 8.25% sales tax.

Order cancellation.  We will make our best effort to accommodate your cancellation request, however orders that have processed (ie. shipped) cannot be cancelled, please refer to our return policy. 

Urgent orders.  If we do not have your complete order in stock, we will try to contact you by phone to determine the course of action.  It is important that you provide us with a good phone number so we can reach you during business hours.  We recommend placing urgent orders by phone rather than through our website.

Invoice.  Invoices are sent by email.  Invoices reflect the products that are shipped, you may receive multiple invoices for one order (sales order) if we make several shipments to fulfill your order.
