1. Jack the rear of the car up and place on stands.
2. Use a jack on the differential to support the subframe.

3. Locate the 4 subframe bushings (blue in the above picture). On the 2 subframe bushings towards the front of the car, first unbolt the bottom bracket from the chassis (2x 14mm head bolts on each bracket). Next unbolt the bottom brackets from the subframe bushings (1x 17mm nut on each bracket). Note: on my 95 300ZX TT I had to unbolt the HICAS motor from the chassis and swing it out of the way to reach the two subframe bushings in the back.

4. Install the collars, the top collar needs to slide in between the bushing and the chassis, they are already slotted to allow it to slide past the center bolt. At this point, you will probably need to lower the subframe slightly to get enough space to slide in the top collar. Do this by carefully/slowly lowering the jack that is supporting the differential/subframe.

5. Jack the subframe back up carefully till everything is snug again. Reinstall the brackets, on the front brackets also thread in the bolts holding the bracket to the chassis. The nuts should be torqued to 80 ft-lbs. The bolts holding the front brackets to the chassis should be torqued to 20 ft-lbs. If you had unbolted the HICAS actuator, reinstall it and torque the bolts to 80 ft-lbs.
