1. Remove nose panel and intake box (or POP charger) and intake hose tee. Note: picture below also has AC fan removed.
2. Locate the 2 recirculation valves (RED). Each recirculation valve is mounted with two 12mm head bolts, the front bolt is easy to locate but the rear bolt can be difficult to get to. You may need to use swivels and extensions to get to the rear bolt. Remove both bolts. Loosen the hose clamps (10mm head) on the hoses and remove the recirculation valve.
3. The HKS SQV BOV kit comes with two Super Sequential blow-off valves with special adapter flanges, 2 rubber caps, 2 vacuum hose adapters/filters, and some vacuum hose.
4. Remove the U-shaped hose from the intake pipe and install the supplied rubber cap (GREEN). Use a hose clamp to secure the cap onto the pipe. This was where the recirculation valve vented back into the intake.
5. Install the SQV BOV on the stock hose leading from the intercooler pipe (RED).
6. The kit comes with 2 plastic vacuum hose adapters/filter discs. Notice one end allows a larger vacuum hose to go on. The stock vacuum hose is a little too large for the HKS BOV. Install the adapter so the larger end fits snugly on the stock hose, and use the supplied vacuum hose from the adapter to the BOV. Use the stock vacuum hose clamp and supplied zip ties to secure the vacuum hoses on the hose barbs, this will prevent them from slipping off.
7. Reinstall the intake box or POP charger, and nose panel.
